This includes vacuum cleaning of common areas, mopping of common areas, per diem rate card on a rate card pre-arranged, wiping of hand and arm rails, dustings, cobweb removals, polishing of brass works, cleaning of porticos and entrances, removal of clear bins, superficial removal of algae infested outside areas and other pre-arranged areas and activities as specified in contracts.
This includes all items in our basic package as well as your indoor spaces. This package includes indoor toilets, indoor bathrooms, cleaning of indoor windows to height level as well as other ad-hoc cleaning requests, excluding the running of electrical appliances and wholesale cleaning of curtains and upholstery.
This package consists of all your cleaning requirements mentioned in the basic, in and out packages as well as any ad-hoc cleaning requests. It also includes the cleaning of some delicate and intricate furniture items. It also includes outdoor window cleaning requirements, for up to 20 feet in height, as well as the removal of some hazardous waste (non-chemical) materials, and the disposal of unwanted furniture that cannot fit in black or clear bags and other reasonable non-industrial waste that require disposal at recycling centres.
The frequency of cleaning schedules can be negotiated i.e. one-off, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.
