Can I choose which cleaner I'd like at my premises?

We will ensure that where possible, the preferred cleaner be requested as per our clients' requests.

Do you offer other related services?

What are your rules of health and safety?

All stakeholders at Clean Treat Limited have to undergo periods of CPD to ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety Requirements.


What if there is theft on my property? How can I ensure that I rule out your cleaner as the culprit?

Whilst it is impossible to hedge all of the ways that people find to exploit others, our staff are vetted, additionally, we have ensured that we have a clock-in and out system that pinpoints to the nearest possible metre, the cleaner that has been around a property. In the event of loss of property, our staff members are trained to be on the lookout and to report all unclaimed items of property to the property management property as the case may be. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will also ensure that we fully cooperate with law enforcement officers to ensure that all lost items become recoverable.


Can I choose which cleaner I'd like at my premises?

We will ensure that our clients' requests are met, as quickly as possible, given reasonable time ranges.
